Hi, I'm Sarah, the creator of Say Cheese, a charcuterie company based in Celina and serving the North Dallas area including Prosper, Frisco, McKinney and beyond. I started Say Cheese in December 2021 after friends encouraged me to turn my party boards into a business.

Each board is made to order with fresh ingredients and a creative touch. I offer boxes, grazing tables, charcuterie cups and more for weddings, birthdays, holidays and everyday celebrations. Delivery is available throughout the area.

My goal is to create boards that make people smile and bring joy to gatherings. I especially enjoy building vibrant spreads with fresh herbs, colorful produce and playful pairings that surprise and delight. I live in Celina with my husband Robert and our five-year-old son Preston.
